District Manager

The District Manager leads and coaches a high-performing team across 20-30 locations to drive Jackson Hewitt strategies, deliver exceptional client service, and achieve operating excellence. This role holds full accountability for financial results, including managing the local P&L, budgeting, and growing the brand within the assigned district. The position requires strong leadership skills to recruit, develop, and mentor store leadership while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
