District Manager

The District Manager oversees 8-10 swimming pools, managing pool managers and lifeguards while ensuring compliance with health codes and exceptional facility standards. This role involves training staff on pump systems and daily duties, conducting regular pool and lifeguard evaluations, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, board members, and property managers. The position requires a flexible, reliable, and organized individual who works 40+ hours per week and maintains a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
