District Manager

The District Manager oversees all operations of company-managed stores within their assigned district, working directly with store management to ensure locations meet property ownership expectations and exceed them when possible. This role involves coaching and retaining high-performing teams, managing financial reports, and ensuring customer-centric behaviors across all locations. The position requires strong leadership, sales-focused skills, and the ability to manage P&L, vendor contracts, and tenant processes.
