About this role

The role serves as a key liaison between Honda’s Powersports, Power Equipment & Marine business and the dealer network, providing strategic sales leadership, business consulting, and operational support to drive retail sales performance and strengthen brand representation. Working closely with the Zone Sales Manager and dealer partners, the incumbent will achieve sales objectives, develop dealer relationships, and implement action plans to support Honda’s overall business goals.

Responsibilities

Drive retail sales performance across motorcycle, ATV, and marine product lines
Develop and execute dealer action plans to improve business metrics
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to zone management
