A Diversion Case Manager supports individuals experiencing homelessness by providing case management, advocacy, and referrals to help them achieve self-sufficiency through housing and community resources.
Community Teamwork is Greater Lowell’s Community Action Agency — a nonprofit that mobilizes resources to help low-income individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. The agency provides a broad set of services including housing and homelessness prevention, emergency fuel and utility assistance, early childhood education and Head Start, workforce development and job placement, food and family support programs.
