Division Finance Manager

The Divisional Finance Manager serves as the embedded financial leader for an operating division, acting as a primary business partner to the Division Vice President and Regional Operations leadership. This player-coach role oversees the end-to-end financial operating rhythm, including forecasting, performance management, and driver-based analytics to drive strategic decisions. The manager also leads the development of a small team of analysts while collaborating with Corporate FP&A and data teams to transition workflows from manual reporting to scalable, system-driven processes.
