About this role

Oversees and maintains a specific geographical area of responsibility for the Land team insofar as Division Orders. Responsible for reviewing title, title opinions, agreements, and curative to create ownership decks.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain record title ownership division of interest for billing and revenue
Ensure timely payment of royalties in accordance with state statutes
Analyze title opinions and legal documents to determine ownership and lease burden relationships
Work with Land staff to clear and cure title
Maintain and correct divisions of interest as payouts and/or recompletions occur

Skills

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalentBachelor's degree2+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
