Divisional Assessor

The Divisional Assessor role is pivotal in driving professional training within the Fife Assessor Service and managing the Assessor Information Notices and Civil Penalties process. This position involves the efficient work allocation, coordination, and training of technical staff responsible for property surveys and valuations to compile and maintain the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List. The role also requires taking a lead in the survey and valuation of properties of a more specialist nature.
