About this role

The Divisional Controller serves as the senior accounting leader for the Residential Division, overseeing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple franchising brands, company-owned markets, and shared-service entities. This hands-on role is responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, including close, consolidation, financial reporting, and external audit coordination, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal controls. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with FP&A to deliver accurate, consolidated financial results.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end accounting cycle and manage multi-entity close process
Lead consolidation and financial reporting for the Residential Division
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
