Divisional General Manager

The Divisional General Manager is responsible for owning the divisional P&L, budget, and growth plan while translating cluster strategy into an integrated operating plan. This role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable operations across facilities, builds and leads the divisional leadership team, and manages key customer, community, and regulatory relationships. The position requires enforcing shared-services SLAs and enterprise standards divisionally to drive operational excellence and business growth.
