About this role
Aalto University’s Engineered NanoSystems (ENS) group is recruiting doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to develop electroluminescent and thermophotonic energy converters based on III-V compound semiconductors and thin-film devices. The work spans epitaxial growth, material development, device design, characterization and modeling within a multi-disciplinary team of theoreticians and experimentalists. Positions are full-time at the Otaniemi campus/Micronova facilities in Espoo, Finland, with appointments scheduled until mid-2029.
