Document Compliance Specialist

The Document Compliance Specialist serves as the primary link between the Driveway Care Center and customers, managing all paperwork processing to ensure a timely and seamless experience. This role involves communicating processes to customers, validating documentation, and preparing deal-related paperwork while coordinating vehicle availability with dealerships. The position also handles the handoff of fully executed deals to dealership accounting teams.
