Document Control Specialist

This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all controlled vendor documents and project Job Books from requisition through final approval. The position ensures document traceability, validates Job Book completeness, and supports audits by providing controlled documentation and records. The role involves coordinating with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve Job Book gaps and monitor document turnaround times.
