Document Control / Turnover

The role involves managing high‑volume document and administrative workflows for oil and gas projects, including organizing, reviewing, and filing inspection reports, fabrication specifications, and instrument loop folders. The incumbent will maintain vendor and client document turnover dossiers, audit for accuracy, and report any workflow delays to the Quality Manager while supporting the FTP site and ensuring compliance with QC manuals and contracts.
