Document Control

This role involves the daily management and maintenance of controlled documents, including updating branding, tracking check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring currency through regular QA/QC. The position requires coordinating with managers and superintendents for records archiving while managing both site archives and hard-copy records in compliance with procedures. The ideal candidate will prepare weekly reports and oversee engineering drawings within the SharePoint library.
