Document Controller

The Document Controller establishes master filing systems and ensures the implementation of archiving policies, procedures, and standards for design and supervision projects. This role involves recording all issued documents and drawings using the Aconex program while maintaining comprehensive filing systems for project correspondences. The position requires managing submittals, tracking client responses, and ensuring the use of the most current drawing versions across various project stages.
