Document Custodian Coordinator

The role is responsible for managing the flow of original loan documents for Ginnie Mae loans, including ordering, tracking, scanning, and distributing files to custodians, attorneys, and clients. It involves researching and clearing exceptions, maintaining reports, and supporting loan servicing and default processes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
