Document Management Lead

The Document Management Lead supports the HIM Operations Manager in establishing and maintaining standardized document control and capture solutions across the enterprise. This role leads the Quality Control Indexing team to ensure clinical documentation is accessible in the patient's electronic health record within specified timeframes while maintaining data integrity. The position serves as the primary point of contact for decentralized document submission and provides necessary training and education.
