Document Review Specialist

The Document Review Specialist conducts post-closing audit reviews of real estate loan documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local lending regulations as well as SECU policies. The role involves verifying regulatory compliance, auditing closing fees and escrow disbursements, managing loan documentation from disbursal through storage, and resolving discrepancies with internal departments and external closing agents. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of lending regulations, and proficiency with mortgage origination systems and Microsoft Office.
