Documentation lead

The Documentation Lead at Watershed is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the company’s customer-facing knowledge base, which includes over 200 articles. This role involves creating new technical documentation for product launches, updating existing user guides, and collaborating closely with the Product, Customer Education, and Support teams to ensure accurate, accessible, and high-quality content that aligns with the company’s evolving product strategy. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in technical writing for software products and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly for a non-technical audience.
