Dog Welfare Supervisor

The Dog Welfare Supervisor role involves motivating, managing, and supporting Dog Welfare Assistants to provide excellent care for dogs at the rehoming centre. This position focuses on ensuring high standards of dog welfare, including daily exercise, training, and enrichment, while maintaining clean and comfortable kennels. The supervisor coordinates the kennel block, assists with staff induction and training, and ensures processes are followed to help dogs find their forever homes.
