Dog Welfare Supervisor

The Dog Welfare Supervisor role involves motivating, managing, and supporting Dog Welfare Assistants to provide excellent care for dogs at the rehoming centre. This position focuses on ensuring daily exercise, training, enrichment, and comfortable living conditions for the dogs until they find their forever homes. The role requires leading by example and maintaining high standards of dog care without direct line management responsibilities.
