Domestic Violence Advocate

The Domestic Violence Advocate provides immediate outreach, crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals for victims of domestic violence across various environments such as police agencies, courts, and CPS. The role involves counseling, risk assessment, and direct linkage to community resources to support victims in building a violence-free life. Advocates may also provide legal advocacy, court accompaniment, and follow-up services within the criminal and/or civil justice system.
