Donation Attendant

The Donation Attendant is responsible for accepting qualified donations at the designated store donation area while providing a positive donor experience through exceptional customer service. The role involves handling donations with care, educating the public on the organization's mission, and maintaining an organized and clean donation area. This position requires accurate tracking of donations, sorting items into appropriate categories, and ensuring efficient product flow in line with company policies. The Donation Attendant also serves as a Goodwill Ambassador by demonstrating company values and assisting with store cleanliness and production tasks.
