Donation Center Associate

This role is responsible for managing the donation intake process, providing exceptional customer service to donors, and processing a wide variety of goods including textiles, hard goods, and commercial items. The position requires sorting, pricing, and preparing donations for transit while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The associate must effectively communicate with donors and team members, handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise, and accurately track donation data.
