Donation Center Associate

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by efficiently receiving, sorting, and pricing donations while maintaining a friendly and organized donation area. The position involves assisting donors with unloading items, expressing appreciation, and supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The associate will uphold safety protocols, keep the donation area clean, and document donation intake accurately. This position reports to the Store Manager and embodies the company's mission and core values.
