Gift of Hope
The Donation Liaison position develops and maintains a positive donation culture with assigned hospitals to assist in achieving donation goals. The role ensures all donors and potential donor families are offered the opportunity for donation through collaboration with internal and external partners. The position facilitates the gift of donation through policy implementation, evaluation, authorization, and family support before, during, and after the entire donation process.
Gift of Hope is a nonprofit organ procurement organization serving Illinois and northwest Indiana. It coordinates organ and tissue donation, supports donor families, and works with hospitals to facilitate transplants.
