Donations Associate – Level 2

The Donations Associate – Level 2 is responsible for demonstrating great customer service, receiving incoming donations, and sorting donations by identifying quality goods versus trash or unsellable goods. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized donation area, following safety standards, and properly tracking the movement of donated goods while assisting with warehouse and production tasks. Associates must learn to use manual machinery and be certified in heavy machinery such as balers and compactors.
