Donor Center Technician

This role provides exceptional customer service while determining donor eligibility for plasmapheresis through registration, medical history screening, and limited physical assessments. The position involves operating automated plasmapheresis equipment, processing and testing collected plasma, and ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. The role also includes managing donor recovery, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in donor recruitment and retention efforts.
