Ashley Community & Housing (ACH)
The Donor Engagement Manager advances the philanthropic mission of ACH Child and Family Services by designing and executing donor engagement, stewardship, and annual giving strategies. Reporting to the Development Director, the role manages the donor lifecycle across individual and corporate donors to deepen relationships, strengthen retention, and grow lifetime donor value. The position requires a commitment to donor-centered fundraising practices and sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
