Donor Engagement Manager

The Donor Engagement Manager collaborates with the Chief Advancement Officer to direct and administer all aspects of annual fund giving, including face-to-face and phone solicitation, direct mail, online fundraising, and donor database maintenance. This role plays a critical part in planning and implementing a comprehensive annual fund program to broaden the donor base, increase donation sizes, and improve donor retention. The position involves managing donor services, communications, and in-kind donation resources while ensuring accurate financial reporting and stewardship.
