Donor Engagement Manager

This position provides leadership and direction to the Donor Engagement functional area, ensuring the engagement, education, and timely processing of potential donors for patients in need of transplantation. The role involves developing people, processes, and partnerships to optimize donor availability while promoting satisfaction for donors and transplant centers. The manager establishes expectations, coaches the team, and contributes to strategic and operational development to achieve department performance goals.
