Donor Engagement Manager

This position provides leadership and direction to the Donor Engagement functional area, ensuring the engagement, education, and timely processing of potential donors for patients in need of transplantation. The role involves developing people, processes, and partnerships to optimize donor availability and promote satisfaction among donors and transplant centers. The manager is responsible for driving high performance, achieving department goals, and maintaining NMDP standards.
