Donor Relations Manager

The Donor Relations Manager shapes how we grow and keep our base of individual supporters, managing a portfolio of mid-level and membership donors and prospects while leading annual planning and strategy for the major donor program. This role shares responsibility for digital fundraising, runs year-end campaigns and donor events, and ensures every supporter is thanked and stewarded well. The position works closely with the Development Coordinator, CEO, and VP of Finance & Administration on major donor strategy and revenue goals.
