Donor Services Coordinator

The Donor Services Coordinator provides a donor-centered experience for all supporters of The Salvation Army and supports fundraising strategies by managing receipts, thank-you letters, and financial reconciliation. The role involves administering the national monthly giving program, maintaining donor records, and assisting development officers with campaign strategies and donor research. This position ensures compliance with donation guidelines and resolves donor inquiries to maintain excellent service.
