Donor Services Specialist

The Donor Services Specialist supports donors by addressing their concerns and needs through email and phone communication. This role manages donor acknowledgement letters, maintains data integrity in the Raiser’s Edge database, and oversees matching gift portals and donor reports. The position serves as the primary backup for the Donor Services team and handles confidential donor information with discretion.
