Doula

The Latino Community Development Agency is seeking a full-time Doula to support the Safe Pregnancies / Embarazo Seguro program by providing emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. The role involves empowering clients through their birth experience, creating birthing plans, and offering continuous guidance to ensure a positive and informed birthing process. Doulas will also assist with postpartum follow-ups, infant feeding education, and community outreach to promote maternal and infant wellness.
