Downstream Manufacturing Supervisor

The Downstream Manufacturing Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for executing the purification of mammalian cell-based cultures and producing recombinant proteins for mammalian-based biosimilars. The position involves managing purification processes for engineering, clinical, and commercial batches in a cGMP environment, utilizing technical expertise in AKTA purification skids and TFF. The role requires strong collaboration within a team, independent work with minimal supervision, and adherence to cGMP manufacturing and BLA compliance standards.
