About this role
Internship within the Banking department focused on financing transactions including acquisition finance (LBOs, OPAs), structured finance, real estate and asset financings, syndicated loans, debt restructurings and refinancings. The intern will join an international team of lawyers and be fully integrated into day-to-day work, sharing an office with a lawyer and participating in cross-border financing matters. The role offers a diverse, formative experience in a dynamic, international law firm environment.
