The Accounting & Payments Coordinator supports One Acre Fund DRC’s operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and properly authorized payments, complete expense documentation, and reliable financial records across all program sites. The role involves processing payments, reconciling expenses and advances, managing cash, and performing account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Process and verify payment requests ensuring complete documentation and proper authorization
Manage cash allocations and maintain secure custody of office cashbox for disbursements
Prepare monthly bank and cash account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting trackers
