Driveline Core Engineering Supervisor

Ford Underbody Systems Engineering is seeking a highly skilled leader to supervise a team of Core Engineers for the Global Driveline Organization, focusing on requirement ownership, strategy, and problem-solving methods. This key role involves overseeing Driveline system hardware, managing difficult program issues, and ensuring quality, cost, and throughput objectives are met. The position requires close collaboration with calibration, transmission, NVH, chassis, and supply base engineering teams to deliver innovative and sustainable vehicle components.
