Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Abound Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Driver / Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during transportation and community activities. This part-time role primarily functions as a Driver's Aide, ensuring safe travel to and from various destinations while providing respectful, person-centered support. The position involves assisting passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, monitoring their safety and comfort, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. The role requires flexibility to cover additional routes and adapt to changing transportation needs.
