Driver Recruiter

As a Driver Recruiter at RXO, you will lead company driver growth by sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified drivers and owner-operators. You will maintain relationships with business unit leaders, manage onboarding processes, and track retention strategies through regular communication and milestone recognition.
