Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for drivers and Owner-Operators in a designated region, building pipelines and converting candidates into hires. This role involves partnering with terminal managers and operations leaders to fill open positions efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and field management.
