Driver Relations Assistant

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Driver Relations, this role assists motor coach drivers in their duties by managing driver questions, concerns, and operational issues. The position serves as a liaison between drivers and management, handling driver files, attendance, payroll, and gratuity records. It requires resolving customer complaints and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
