Drug and Alcohol Practitioner

This role involves supporting individuals affected by alcohol and non-opiate substance use by managing a caseload and developing personalised recovery and treatment plans. The practitioner provides one-to-one psychosocial interventions and holistic care planning to help clients reduce harm and achieve lasting positive changes. Working collaboratively with partners, the role guides individuals from initial assessment through structured treatment into recovery and onward care.
