Dry Blend Operator

The Dry Blend Operator is responsible for training in and executing the dry blending manufacturing process for food flavors, utilizing equipment such as forklifts, vacuum lifts, and blenders to produce completed goods. This role involves monitoring and controlling packaging parameters, taking samples for quality control, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Process standards. The operator must ensure batch integrity, communicate effectively with supervisors, and adhere to safety protocols including Hazard Communication and PPE usage.
