Bost is seeking full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. The role involves facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation, while also supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
We are a community-based, not-for-profit agency providing services for individuals in Western Arkansas who have mental & developmental disabilities.
