DSP

Under the supervision of the Community Integration Coordinator, this role provides direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The position involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing Individual Program Plans, and advocating for the well-being and rights of the people served. The DSP also collaborates with the individual's support team and ensures access to necessary resources and community activities.
