About this role
A dual-study program in Business Administration (BWL-Industrie) combining theoretical study at DHBW Stuttgart with practical placements at Hitachi Rail in Ditzingen/Stuttgart. The 6-semester (3-year) program leads to a Bachelor of Arts and prepares students as generalist business managers capable of taking on commercial and leadership roles across company functions. Study begins in the winter semester (01 October 2026) with alternating three-month university and practical phases.
